"Customer service was actually really helpful"
I had a little issue with my order so I messaged customer service expecting the usual back and forth, but they replied quickly, understood what was going on, fixed it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops, and I was surprised by how easy the whole thing felt. Definitely would order from them again

"Pretty fair for the price"
I ordered from finesse.us and overall I’m happy with it. The items looked like they did in the pictures, which is always a relief, and the pricing seemed reasonable compared to a few other places I looked at. Shipping was fine too, nothing too expensive or annoying. It wasn’t like some amazing life-changing purchase, but for what I paid, I feel like it was worth it. I’d probably order again

"Fit was honestly spot on"
I was fully expecting a sizing disaster, but this dress actually fit me really well. The waist and bust lined up with the size chart, and there weren’t any awkward gaps or weird pulling. I’d definitely just order my usual size again.

"Cute for the price, but not amazing"
It looks really cute on, and I think it works fine if you just want something casual or occasional. That said, the fabric is thinner than I expected, so I probably wouldn’t pick it if I needed something more durable or higher quality

"I had to send back a dress..."
I had to send back a dress from finesse.us because I totally guessed wrong on the size, and I was kind of expecting it to be a whole thing. But the return process was straightforward, like I just followed the steps and didn’t have to keep emailing or waiting around for someone to help.
The refund hit my card a few days later, which felt weirdly relieving. I don’t know, it just left me with a really good feeling overall because there was no back-and-forth or stress at all.

"Delivery was slower than I’m used to"
My order took a lot longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left wondering what was happening. The clothes themselves were fine once they finally showed up, but the delivery process was frustrating. I’ve ordered from other clothing sites where shipping is faster and the tracking is much clearer, so this felt like a letdown in comparison.
